Learning through Service
Learning through service is at the heart of what our school is all about. Our faith truly comes alive as we serve others, and our students are committed to a variety of projects throughout the school year. Just to name a few, we collect canned goods school-wide to benefit the hungry through the St. Vincent de Paul ministry of Saint Peter Catholic Church. Our youngest students collected food and snacks to benefit the families of seriously ill children through the Ronald McDonald House. Our oldest students made a difference at the local homeless shelter, a local school for at-risk boys, and the local food bank. Our intermediate students make soup for the JOY Soup Kitchen each week. The Beta Club leads school-wide projects such as the Tree of Warmth and Valentine Candy Grams to benefit Catholic Charities. The corporal works of mercy are at work here at Saint Peter Catholic School!
