Re-registration Information for the 2023-24 School Year

Fees and tuition rates for next year were emailed on Friday, January 20, along with the school calendar for 2023-24.

On Wednesday, February 1, families with students in PK3-7th grade received emails to re-enroll. The formal re-enrollment period is Feb. 1 - March 15. A late fee of $100 will be assessed for students who have not re-enrolled by March 15.

If you need a payment plan for the registration fees, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. If you do not plan to re-enroll for the next school year, please request a Withdrawal Form by emailing [email protected].

How To Re-enroll

To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our Family Portal through your existing login. 
To access Family Portal:

• Please go to factsmgt.com
• Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
• Use the district password SPCS-NC.
• Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
• After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
• Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for Caroline. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted. Further instructions on these forms are provided online.
You do not need to upload birth certificates, Baptism certificates or immunization records. The only exception is if you have an updated immunization record to share.

2023-2024 Registration Fees

• 1 student = $480
• 2 students = $960
• 3 students = $1,440
• 4 students = $1,920

***Fees are due no later than March 15, 2023.  Late fees will be assessed to those that do not pay or do not arrange a payment plan by March 15.  Late fee is $100 per family.***
***Families that have not re-registered or notified the school of their intent to withdraw will have their fees automatically drafted through the FACTS account on July 15, 2022.***
