- Character: A Wildcat Saint teacher has a strong moral character, is supportive and helpful, lifts people up when they see that they are down, and inspires their students and colleagues to be their best.
- Perseverance: A Wildcat Saint teacher works hard all the time, finds solutions instead of problems, and sees the good in all situations.
- Faithfulness: A Wildcat Saint teacher is faithful, loyal, trustworthy, and sets a positive example for all to follow.
