Seventh grade Art Tech students have recently been designing cross pendants with the Tinkercad computer-aided design app on their iPads. Students learned various techniques for modifying, manipulating, and combining the most basic shapes of the Tinkercad toolkit to develop the complex forms of their own unique designs. Shown below are a selection of designs by 7th graders that they created for 3D printing. The 3D printed models will be wearable as necklace pendants on a string or thin chain.
